Refund Policy

At Book Vale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@book-vale.store and include your order number along with details about the product you wish to return.
Some items cannot be returned. These include gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, and any items purchased on final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@book-vale.store.
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank, since processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@book-vale.store.
